Renay Rutter is Chief Growth Officer for Evolving Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for driving growth and integration across the company’s sales, marketing, services, and practice areas. Renay joined Evolving Solutions in September 2024 and is a member of the Executive and Management Teams.
Renay brings extensive experience in cyber security, legal, services, software, consulting, and healthcare IT. Her focus is on helping organizations leverage technology to grow, scale, and achieve their business goals while driving better outcomes.
Prior to joining Evolving Solutions, Renay held executive leadership roles at Prime Therapeutics and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota and was most recently the Chief Operating Officer at FRSecure.
Renay is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing. She volunteers her time and resources to mentor and coach small businesses as well as intentionally grow leaders. She is also focused on helping build courage in women in the metro area.
Renay lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with her husband. She is a health and wellness enthusiast with a never-ending list of interests.
