Leadership Appointment – Renay Rutter
Evolving Solutions is pleased to announce that Renay Rutter has joined Evolving Solutions as our next chief growth officer. Renay brings an extensive array of experience in cybersecurity, legal, services, software, consulting, and healthcare IT. Her focus is on helping organizations leverage technology to grow, scale, and achieve their business goals while driving better outcomes.
Most recently, Renay was the Chief Operating Officer at FRSecure, a cybersecurity firm that strengthens organizations by implementing customized security programs to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats, ensuring robust data protection and compliance with industry standards.
Prior to FRSecure, Renay held executive leadership roles at Prime Therapeutics and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota.
Renay brings her vast experience to Evolving Solutions, as we prepare for and execute our continued growth plans. As Chief Growth Officer, she is responsible for driving growth and integration across the company’s sales, marketing, services, and practice areas.
Renay joins our team to fill the role being departed by Susanna Woods. After serving as Evolving Solutions’ inaugural Chief Growth Officer, and formerly as director of sales, Susanna announced her intention to retire from full time work. During her tenure, Susanna helped build out our practice structure and led our teams to drive significant financial growth. Susanna was recently named to 2024 Women of the Channel Power 100 list.
