Trent Bernatz

Trent Bernatz is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships in the technology industry. Trent joined Evolving Solutions in 2017 as a Client Executive focused on some of the organization’s most strategic accounts.  He was promoted to his current role in March 2025.

With a career spanning over two decades, Trent has held key positions at leading companies such as Rubrik, Cleversafe, NetApp, and Cisco. At Rubrik, he was instrumental in establishing the first sales teams in the Central US, hiring 10 sales teams and acquiring the first 40 new clients and across the region.

Trent’s entrepreneurial approach and passion for sales culture have made him a strong sales leader and team builder. He excels in creating and executing sales and channel partner strategies, penetrating and securing net-new accounts, and exceeding quotas consistently

His excellent presentation and meeting engagement skills have enabled him to effectively communicate with both small and large groups.  His unique background across established and startup technology organizations enables him to lead a diverse sales team missioned with hypergrowth.
