Trent Bernatz is a seasoned sales leader with a proven record of driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships across the technology industry. He joined Evolving Solutions in 2017 as a Client Executive supporting the organization’s most strategic accounts and was promoted to his current role in March 2025.
With more than two decades of experience, Trent has held key sales leadership roles at Rubrik, Cleversafe, NetApp, and Cisco. At Rubrik, he was instrumental in establishing the company’s first sales presence in the Central United States, hiring and developing 10 sales teams and securing the region’s first 40 clients.
Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and focus on sales culture, Trent excels at developing and executing sales and channel partner strategies, penetrating net-new accounts, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. His experience across both startup and enterprise technology environments uniquely positions him to lead diverse sales teams focused on sustained growth.
