Kayla Hanson is a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record of technology industry success. Kayla joined Evolving Solutions as director of sales in March 2025. She is responsible for leading the company’s growth market initiatives and sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and strengthening client and partner relationships.
Prior to joining Evolving Solutions, she served as the Regional Sales Manager for US Commercial Select at Cisco. In her former role, Kayla led the field sales team covering a four-state region and was responsible for over $100 million in annual product and service revenue. Throughout her tenure at Cisco, Kayla held multiple leadership roles, including Regional Sales Manager for US Commercial Mid-East and Mid-Central, leading teams to achieve 100% attainment and record business growth.
Kayla brings vast experience in technology sales and leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, securing numerous Enterprise Agreements, and delivering consistent YoY business growth. Her entrepreneurial spirit and client-centric approach have been key to her success.
Kayla holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an associate’s degree in general studies from Minnesota State Community & Technical College.
