Jessie Novey is the Head of People and Culture at Evolving Solutions. In her role, Jessie guides the team in shaping a vibrant, values-driven culture while driving employee engagement, talent development, and cultural alignment with business objectives.
Jessie has a strong background in talent management, executive coaching, compensation, organizational development, change management, HR operations, and diversity and inclusion strategies. She has served in key leadership roles at Brown & Caldwell, C.H. Robinson, and Attérro Human Capital Group, where she led significant organizational transformations and improved performance and profitability.
At Evolving Solutions, Jessie collaborates with the leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives. She oversees talent acquisition and development, is a champion of the company’s Core Values, and drives initiatives to enhance employee engagement and inclusivity.
Jessie holds a BA in Communication Studies from Winona State University and is certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (PHR).
