Marketing Campaigns & Events Coordinator

Our fast-paced Marketing team is growing. We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Campaigns and Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.

Accountability

• Coordinate execution of events (in person and virtual) and webinars from concept to completion with impeccable execution and strong brand alignment to support business growth.
  • Develop target lists for invitations
  • Drive event promotion and audience acquisition
  • Manage event registration and event communication activities
  • Engaging event venues and managing event vendors
  • Provide post-event analysis, key learnings and suggestions for future events
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and demand generation activities within our marketing automation platform to increase awareness, drive consideration and generate leads.
  • Set-up and monitor progress of campaigns and lead generation activities
  • Support implementation of customer journeys
  • Manage and track marketing-led leads
  • Provide post-campaign metrics, analysis and key learning
  • Create campaign and event assets as needed using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva.
• Become a subject matter expert on our marketing automation platform.

• Report on the success and impact of marketing events and campaigns via pre-defined marketing metrics to illustrate effectiveness and ROI.

Outcomes and desired results

• Collaborate with the director of marketing in developing and management of high-quality events for enhanced customer experiences.
• Work with the director of marketing to manage the execution, tracking, and reporting of results-oriented integrated marketing campaigns and activities aligned with go-to-market and brand strategies.
• Manage multiple projects with competing timelines and different stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing automation platform activities.
• Undertake continuing education for skill development.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint).
• Adobe Suite (InDesign) and Canva experience a plus
• Experience working with a marketing automation platform is considered a plus
• A team player with the ability to prioritize workload, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.

Work location 

• Hybrid work model. Corporate office in Hamel, MN [preference is 3 days in the office per week].
