Our sales support team is growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our organization. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys diversity in their day-to-day tasks and is looking to make an impact.
The qualified candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of two-year associate degree or equivalent business experience.
- One to three years of operations, sales support, or finance experience.
- Strong technology and computer skills including demonstrated experience with NetSuite (or similar), Microsoft Excel and MS Teams.
- Industry experience preferred.

Specific duties include:
- Prioritize, review, and process incoming orders for accuracy and adherence to company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Work closely with distributors and manufacturers to obtain quotes, submit deal registrations, procure product, and ensure delivery.
- Update and maintain client asset and contracts database.
- Provide up-to-date reporting to Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams for orders in progress.
- Actively participate in the resolution of complex order issues working with others as necessary.
- Interact with internal and external customers through clear and concise written and oral communication.
