About the Role

Accountability
  • Administer deal registration process (creation, tracking, and renewal)
  • Administer special pricing bid submission and approval process
  • Administer quoting process including version control, request from distribution, client facing quotes, and producing internal order files
  • Validate accuracy of configurations
  • Manage the ordering process with the client
  • Facilitate communication between client and internal teams regarding return merchandise authorizations
  • Research distributor inventory options for back ordered product
  • Opportunity management in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Manage the Professional Services (PS) request process
  • Develop client relationships to provide support to the Account Executives as appropriate
  • Understand special incentive programs from Partners and ensure that margin is maximized by leveraging incentives as appropriate
  • Administer product trial applications
  • Manage order status from receipt to fulfillment to ensure client and internal expectations are met
  • Own required reporting as requested by clients
