The Renewals Specialist is primarily responsible for providing support to the company’s sales organization by timely processing renewals including maintenance, service renewal contracts and subscription/*aaS licenses.
- Proactively manage renewals expiring in 60 – 90 days
- Request quotes for maintenance, renewal service contracts, and renewable licenses from distributors and vendors
- Communicate with sales teams to confirm product should be renewed and establish parameters for quoting, including margins, co-terming, of any other needs of the sales team and client
- Send quotes to sales team and clients by established deadlines and follow up on renewals prior to expiration
- Ensures all associated databases and documentation are maintained
- Provides oversight to customer renewal invoices, as required
- Achieve renewal goals and metrics

- Excellent communication skills including writing, reading, listening, and documenting
- High performing team player with flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
- Possess the ability to quickly learn technology tools and vendor offerings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel to analyze data
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers and vendors.
