Our fast-paced Marketing team is growing. We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support social media, online, digital, and event marketing.

Accountability
  • Develop and manage a social media strategy to foster engagement through our social channels. Includes documenting our events and company culture on social channels.
  • Use and test a variety of social media tactics to increase followers and engagement.
  • Update and post content as needed for the Evolving Solutions and Keyva websites within the WordPress environment.
  • Create invitations, sell sheets, and other sales and marketing materials as needed using the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Support implementation of email and event campaigns via our email marketing tool (ActiveCampaign) to drive customer interest and generate leads.
  • Assist the sales and delivery team, as needed, with PowerPoint presentation development.
  • Support client and internal events/meetings, as needed.
  • Report on marketing metrics to illustrate effectiveness of digital and social channels.
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications. One to three years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint).
  • Adobe Suite (In Design) and email marketing platforms experience a plus.
  • Active on social media; experience managing a social media calendar a plus.
  • A team player with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Work location 
  • Hybrid work model. Corporate office in Hamel, MN.
Reporting Relationships
  • Reports to the Director of Marketing.
