About the Role

The Business Application Administrator is a key to the smooth functioning of Evolving Solutions’ business applications, primarily Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics.  User friendly, fully functional business application software is vitally important for Evolving Solutions employees efficiently performing their day-to-day tasks, helping them create enduring relationships with each other and all entities that are interacted with.

  • Support Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics:
    • Assist with configuring and customizing to meet business needs; including creating custom fields, dashboards, workflows, searches and reports
    • Manage day-to-day administration including; user set-up and roles, permissions and security management, configurations, new employee onboarding, user training, system documentation
    • Drive application adoption efforts and enhance the user experience through improvements to the user interface, training, and shared best practices.
    • Provide ongoing technical and functional support to end-users, trouble-shoot and resolve system issues, and identify areas for improvement
  • Primary liaison and relationship manager with the external partners that support our business applications.
  • Work closely with Internal Infrastructure team to efficiently integrate business applications with hardware/software infrastructure, with a focus on MS 365
  • Work together with Business Analyst in consolidating data from business applications into Microsoft Power BI analytics system
  • Work with Line of Business leaders to optimize business applications to support business process and workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all business applications.
  • Create and maintain training documentation for existing and new business processes.
  • Assist with finding technological solutions to business requirements or challenges.
  • Provide technical and functional support for secondary business applications
Qualifications and skills:
  • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Administrative and technical support of Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Working knowledge of MS 365, Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Process and workflow documentation
  • Technical skills:
    • General knowledge of database structure and database access via SQL or ODBC
  • Experience with or exposure to computer programming and/or scripting
