Jaime Gmach co-founded Evolving Solutions almost 25 years ago and continues to lead the company today as its  CEO. Together with the extended Evolving Solutions team, Jaime has built the company into a leading technology solution provider focused on helping enterprise clients modernize and automate their mission-critical infrastructure to support digital transformation.  He represents the organization externally on several vendor and partner Advisory Councils.

In conjunction with a continued focus on the delivery of modern infrastructure solutions, Evolving Solutions is investing in the development of new and innovative business practices to support clients’ success on their journey toward a hybrid cloud operating model.

In addition to Evolving Solutions, Jaime founded Keyva, a services organization focused on cloud automation, orchestration and DevOps in 2018.

One of Jaime’s true passions in life is giving back to the communities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. He has led multiple Evolving Solutions and Keyva philanthropic initiatives in which the companies provided technology, financial and labor support to charitable organizations throughout the region.

Bo L. Gebbie

Bo Gebbie was appointed president of Evolving Solutions in August 2021. In this role, Bo is responsible for the P&L and daily operations of the company. Bo joined Evolving Solutions in January 2017 as the Vice President of Sales, Services and Marketing. He is a member of the Executive and Management Teams and represents the organization externally on several vendor and partner Advisory Councils.

Bo and team develop the quarterly and annual sales strategies/targets, services offerings, marketing programs and cross-team KPIs.  Additionally, Bo leads senior level relationships with key principals at clients, manufacturers, and other technology organizations.

Before joining Evolving Solutions, Bo was an IBM executive, serving last as Vice President of Server Solution Sales, North America.  In that role, he had sales and profit responsibility for a $3B portfolio across IBM’s Power Systems, Mainframe, and Server Linux brands.  Prior to that, Bo was the Business Unit Executive, Power Systems Sales, North America.

Bo served on the IBM Systems Worldwide Transformation Advisory Council, North America “Think” strategy team, IBM Systems Change Agents Task Force and was a member of the IBM Faculty.  Annually, he served as the executive sponsor for several New Seller Journey cohorts within IBM’s Global Sales School program.

Bo has a finance degree from the University of Evansville and an MBA from Creighton University.  He is the president of the board of Nebraska HOBY Youth Leadership, chairperson of the University of Evansville Board of Visitors, and chairperson of the donor development committee of the Educational Foundation Board of Lambda Chi Alpha.  Bo has previously served as the Treasurer of Hanscom Park Church and as a facilitator for Junior Achievement, Impact Leadership, and Campus Speak.

Joel Wyttenhove

Joel Wyttenhove has more than 35 years of operations and financial experience in the technology industry. Joel’s career began in public accounting, where he specialized in tax and strategic planning for small- to mid-sized businesses.

He became the CFO of a Minneapolis-based IBM business partner in 1985. In this position, Joel led the organization to 100% growth over a five-year period while it transitioned from hardware distribution to software and services systems integration.

In 1990, Joel began to design, sell, and support his own visionary ERP solution, ultimately used by over 75 organizations throughout the computer technology distribution industry.

Joel joined Evolving Solutions in 2001 as the controller and was promoted to vice president of operations and finance in 2008. He brings vast knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and strategic planning.

Susanna Woods

Susanna Woods was appointed Chief Growth Officer of Evolving Solutions in January 2022.  She is responsible for driving growth and integration amongst the company’s sales, marketing, services, and practice areas. Susanna joined Evolving Solutions in 2018 as Director of Sales. She is a member of the Executive and Management Teams and represents the organization externally on several vendor and partner Advisory Councils.

Prior to joining Evolving Solutions, Susanna was an IBM Executive serving as the Director of Commercial Sales where she was responsible for sales for IBM’s Distribution clients across the organization’s entire portfolio. Before that, she served in a variety of marketing, sales, and leadership roles in the technology industry.

Susanna is passionate about developing next-generation talent. She is a formal mentor to many early-career professionals and is an active volunteer through Genesys Works.

She holds a degree in finance and accounting from the University of Johannesburg and grew up in South Africa. Susanna is married with three children and lives in Medina, MN.

Michael Downs

Michael joined Evolving Solutions in 2014 to develop solutions for our clients across hardware and software, both on and off premise. For more than 20 years, he has created architecture—including hybrid cloud, high performance computing, integration, automation, and end user computing—to solve complex business problems. His broad technology, business, and industry experience provides valuable perspective to our clients working to implement innovative technologies that support their success.

As chief technology officer, Michael leads our team of experts focused on helping clients solve their most challenging problems. He is constantly evaluating emerging technologies and sharing that information with Evolving Solutions’ technical teams so they can better help clients address their business challenges.

Mike Burgard

Mike Burgard is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Security Practice Director for Evolving Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of best-in-class cybersecurity solutions and services that are delivered to our enterprise clients. He also oversees the development and implementation of security processes and procedures for Evolving Solutions.

Mike brings a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in IT, cybersecurity, and risk management. This extensive experience includes more than a decade working with a large private bank holding corporation, where he held a variety of technology, security, and leadership positions.

Most recently, Mike was the CISO at Marco Technologies, a top Managed Service Provider in the United States. He led a team of over 75 security and risk professionals who obtained and maintained the organization’s first SOC 2 Type 2 report during his tenure. Mike also served as a subject matter expert in data center and security technologies for the organization.

Mike is a certified law enforcement officer in South Dakota, and he has received specialized training in digital forensics and cryptocurrency investigations from the U.S. Department of Justice. Mike serves as a cyber advisor to the board of directors for Healthy Dakotas, parent of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota and Noridian. He also teaches Incident Response and Disaster Recovery Planning at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Graduate School of Banking.

Mike has a degree in Economics from South Dakota State University. He lives in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Edward Anderson

Edward (Ed) Anderson joined Evolving Solutions in January of 2022 as Director of Sales.  In this role, Ed is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving the company’s revenue and profit objectives, and leading a talented team of client-facing sales executives.

Prior to joining Evolving Solutions, Ed served in a variety of leadership, global market development, sales, and operational roles at IBM, NRC Health, and GE Healthcare.  Ed has developed deep expertise in the financial services, distribution, industrial, and healthcare markets over the past 20 years.

Ed and his wife Sarah have two children, Carman, and Beckett, and reside in Omaha, Nebraska.  He spends time coaching his children in basketball and baseball.

Heather Doughty

Heather Doughty joined Evolving Solutions in June 2016 as the HR manager with 15 years of experience in the IT industry. As the director of HR, Heather is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, benefits administration, compliance and policy development, and supporting employee wellness.

Before joining Evolving Solutions, Heather started her career as a technical recruiter and developed in various HR roles—most recently, the director of HR at Viking Engineering. Heather graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science. She is an active member of SHRM and the Minnesota High Tech Association.

Kelly Hirner

Kelly Hirner is Director of Marketing for Evolving Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for the marketing and communications strategies that advance the Evolving Solutions brand, engage clients and partners, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Kelly has over 20 years of technology and IT services experience across a variety of marketing and communication management and leadership roles. Prior to joining Evolving Solutions, she served as the Senior Director of Client Marketing for Gainwell Technologies, where she co-led the launch of the healthcare IT company’s brand and oversaw client marketing programs and strategies.

Kelly graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities with a degree in Journalism. She lives in Shorewood, MN, with her husband and son.

Jason Blake

Jason, director of service delivery, joined Evolving Solutions in 2020 and brings more than 20 years of technology experience to the organization. He is responsible for all consulting and professional services engagements with our clients. Jason’s team has a wide background of experience across hybrid cloud, data center, and software solutions.

Prior to joining Evolving Solutions, Jason held other engineering and services leadership roles at leading technology organizations. He brings a deep knowledge of offering management, service delivery, strategy, and technology transformation.

Jason graduated with a degree in management information systems from Pennsylvania State University. In his free time, Jason is an avid cyclist, homebrewer, and pitmaster. He lives in Excelsior, MN, with his wife, son, and two Labrador retrievers.

Alissa Onell

Alissa joined Evolving Solutions in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of experience to the organization. Alissa is responsible for managing all accounting, operations & logistics, and IT aspects for Evolving Solutions.

Prior to joining Evolving Solutions, Alissa served in leadership roles at software companies ranging from start-ups to well-established organizations. She has a deep passion for organizational improvement and developing people and processes.

Alissa graduated from The College of St. Scholastica with a degree in accounting and management.
